Convention Volunteer Positions at BHC

Easter Convention Youth Program Leadership Opportunity

There are still opportunities for you to volunteer as a leader in the Easter Convention Youth Program. Tom French will lead the Youth Program studies. As a participating leader you will get to encourage youth through fun activities and occasions to build relationships. We provide your meals and accommodation, and you will get the chance to join in the evening convention meetings. Of course, all volunteer leaders need to have a current Working With Children Check Card.

To apply, please fill out the form below, selecting the option "Youth". Please include your WWCC card number in the Working With Children Check field.

Volunteer Roles at Belgrave Heights Convention

Volunteering at Belgrave Heights Convention is a rewarding opportunity to serve others and grow in your faith. Each year, we rely on the dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers to help us create a welcoming and impactful experience for all attendees. Whether you have a heart for hospitality, a gift for organisation, or a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever needed, there is a place for you to make a difference.

Ways to Support Us

At Conventions

If you enjoy serving people, you might enjoy working in the café or kiosk during one of our conventions.

There are many other varied tasks during a convention, including car parking, kiosk and café serving, sandwich making, barista duties, BBQ serving, ushering, crèche, first aid, registrations, and technical tasks such as recordings.

Some roles require a Working With Children Check (WWCC). Please include your WWCC number when registering your interest below.

Projects and Working Bees

Working Bees occur approximately every four weeks on a Saturday. We would like to provide lunch for you, so please let us know by the Thursday afternoon before the Working Bee if you plan to attend. You can contact the office for specific dates for Working Bees and special projects.

The site requires ongoing maintenance, including painting, general site cleanliness, and gardening. While some tasks need specialist attention, many simply require a steady hand. If you have the time, we have a way for you to serve. As the saying goes, "Many hands make light work."

Regular Mailouts

BHC do mailouts throughout the year with information for our supporters.

If you can assist in stuffing envelopes, please let the office know at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or alternatively fill out the form below.
