VCYC 2026 REGISTRATION

Getting Your Group to VCYC

VCYC is a convention designed for groups. A designated group leader must register the group before any individual registrations can take place. This group leader is taking responsibility for the group's leaders and youth attending VCYC as per our policy. Once the group is registered and booking form signed, the group leader can book in all attendees or allow members to register individually.

If you are a group leader, please follow the How To Register Your Group directions and get your group ready to start booking! Please read the group booking details carefully. Once completed there is a suggested " How To Register" template you can use to have your group members register and pay individually. If you are an attendee and don’t see your group listed on the registration page, contact your group leader to confirm they are handling the group booking.

Hope Centre Cabins

Hope Centre Cabin + Catered – $200

Enjoy the best sleep at VCYC in our new accommodation wing, located just behind the auditorium. These ensuite rooms feature heating, cooling, and easy access to the dining area.

On-Site Cabins

On-Site Cabin + Catered – $160

BHC’s on-site cabins sleep between 4-6 people and provide access to shared toilet and shower facilities.

Off-Site Cabins

Off-Site Cabin + Catered $150

VCYC has exclusive access to two local campsites as part of our accommodation options. The first is a 5 minute walk from the BHC grounds and the second is a 15 minute walk.

Camping

#1 Tent Provided + Catered – $120
VCYC will provide and set up tents for your group’s arrival.

#2 BYO Tent + Catered – $110
Bring your own tent and camp as a youth ministry group.

#3 BYO Tent + Self-Catered – $70
Bring your own tent and camp as a youth ministry group. Self-catered groups may be allocated kitchen and fridge space for food storage. Please contact us to reserve these resources, as availability is limited.

Accommodation Arrangements

For all cabin and tent accommodations, attendees will be assigned based on status (leader or youth), gender, and group. Leaders and youth will not share tents or cabins. How many youth or leaders are in a tent or cabin will vary based on size of the space and demand. In some instances, youth or leaders may be allocated a cabin or tent alone or with members of another group.
Please contact us if you have questions about your booking or allocation.

For groups choosing to camp and bring your own gear, you have the option to set up your tents early—either Thursday evening or anytime on Friday. VCYC can also provide mattresses for those staying in VCYC-provided tents. Contact the BHC office to confirm your group’s requirements. Day Registration Options

#1 Day Visitor + Catering
Saturday – $60 (Includes 2 Main Sessions, 2 Workshops, Lunch, and Dinner)
Sunday – $40 (Includes 2 Main Sessions and Lunch)

#2 Day Visitor (Self-Catered) – Food is available for purchase throughout the weekend
Saturday – $35
Sunday – $20
