NEW MEETING ROOMS (DINING ROOM BUILDING)

3 Meeting Rooms

Ideal for: Meetings, Workshops, Break-out Groups, Smaller Conferences, Camps

Seats: Meeting Room A: seats 60

Meeting Room B: seats 40

Meeting Room C: seats 40


Accessibility: Steps from Dining Room, direct from Auditorium, optional lift

A/V: All Meetings have a TV with HDMI + DV15 & a whiteboard.

          Sound, lighting, and Audio/Visual services available for hire.
Other: Each Meeting Room is air-conditioned and heated.

Bathroom, Tea and Coffee facilities in Room A

 
 

NEW ACCOMMODATION BUILDING FACILITIES

Accommodates groups of 40-224 people in rooms for 2, 4, 5 or 6 occupants

All rooms air-conditioned/heated with en-suite

Most rooms have two sleeping zones

Accessibility: 3 accessible rooms for disabled access

NEW ACCOMMODATION BUILDING MEETING ROOMS

All meeting rooms have self-serving hot-drink station with a mini-fridge

Lower Level Meeting Rooms:

Meeting Room 1A & 1B will accommodate all occupants of building or can be split into two separate rooms 220 or 110 each

Meeting Room 2 accommodates 35

Upper Level Meeting Rooms (with lift access):

Meeting Room 3 accommodates 110

Meeting Room 4 accommodates 35

Other: Additional meeting rooms are provided in backstage area or elsewhere on property as required

DINING ROOM FACILITIES

Dining:
The dining room seats up to 374 people.
The dining room opens onto an open deck with lovely bush views
Self-serve hot-drink stations

Accessibility: Lifts and ramps enable disabled access between auditorium, backstage rooms, accommodation and dining room, as well as the lower carpark
Kitchen:
Kitchen operated by the Convention to provide meals for your stay
A/V: The dining room is equipped with TVs for use with your own laptop
Other:
All meals are fully catered by our expert team. Self-catering options are available in other Belgrave Heights Convention facilities.
