The Belgrave Heights Convention is an interdenominational Christian organisation which seeks to encourage Christians from many churches and to have a wide denominational representation throughout its organisational structure. It is governed by the Convention Council and its Executive, with committees reporting to it that are responsible for each of their events and functional areas such as property. Legally it is a company limited by guarantee which reports to the Australian Charities and Not for profits Commission (ACNC). Its accounts are subject to an audit each year.
The Convention has a small staff, and is largely a volunteer organisation with volunteers assisting in most areas of its activities, including holding convention events, maintaining and improving the property, as well as administration. Its office is located on the main property at 3 Convention Avenue, Belgrave Heights.
